'Hell's Kitchen': Three Meals Served, Only One Elimination
On tonight's 2-hour, back-to-back episodes of Hell's Kitchen, Chef Gordon Ramsay told the chefs that the dining room would be open for lunch. The menu would be different than for dinner because it would be burgers and fries, onion rings, etc.

Lunch for the Band

The diners were the USC marching band. But anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant knows how difficult it is when the entire dining room is seated all at once. There were over a hundred customers to feed all at once. The kitchen was a mad house and the red team finally won a challenge.

Hell’s Kitchen American television show

The red team was rewarded with a fun day at Malibu Beach Inn. The blue team had to spend the day cleaning up a polluted river.

First, the Bad Dinner Service

That night, it took over four hours to complete the dinner service. That's insane. Jaime kept saying, "I've got it." The others said that the only thing she's got is an excess amount of weight.

The blue team was declared the winners. The red team had to nominate two people to go home. Fran & Jaime were served up for elimination.

Chef Ramsay told Fran that he was worried about her because he can't teach an "old dog" new tricks. [Ouch!] He eliminated Jaime.

The Kitchen Has Gone to Craps

The next morning, Chef told them to play a crazy game of craps for their ingredients in a new challenge.

The blue team chose halibut, endive, salsify, crab, peas and bacon. The red team chose beets, shallots, mango, ham, turnips & duck. They then had to use their ingredients to create a wonderful new dish.

Both teams created great dishes, but the blue team won. He told the women that they had served too much fat on the duck.

The red team had to clean the entrance hall and prep both kitchens while the blue team went skydiving with Chef Ramsay. (It turned out to be in a wind tunnel.)

Then, the Good Dinner Serivice

That dinner, they would have special chef tables with celebrities. All of them were very charming and supportive of the chefs.

This time, dinner service was completed in about 2 hours, 15 minutes. It was a huge improvement over the evening before.

Chef told them that he was amazed at how good they were. He praised Nilka and Salvatore the most and told them to each nominate one person for elimination.

The two nominees were Autumn and Scott. Both are the people who try to tell everyone what to do. Both of them tried to plead their case, but Chef told them both to hand in their jackets and move to the other team. They both would have a new chance on a new team.

Do you agree that both should stay for another chance, or do you think they should have been sent home? Let us know!

And be sure to check back here tomorrow when I'll post the Most Outrageous Moments from tonight's episodes.
